For too long, women have been expected to move through one of life's biggest transitions without the language to explain what is happening to their bodies, relationships, identities—and sometimes their sense of themselves.
I speak about the conversations women are often expected to navigate quietly—midlife, menopause, identity, relationships, aging, and the sometimes-uncomfortable work of becoming.
Through honest storytelling, warmth, and the occasional moment, I create conversations where women can recognize themselves, understand what they're experiencing, and imagine what becoming might look like on the other side.
